Refund and Returns Policy

At Fusion, we are committed to providing high-quality oils and lubricants and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)
  • Custom-blended or special-order items

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at Info@fusionlube.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • For defective/wrong items, Fusion will arrange for return shipping or reimburse the cost.
